Property Inspection Manager: How long have you been using PIM?
Alicia Follent: We implemented PIM across our tenancy team around 18 months ago, starting with a pilot and then growing our number of users from there. We are currently looking to expand the use of PIM to other areas of our asset management portfolio and achieve process improvements. .
Property Inspection Manager: What impact has PIM made to your inspection process?
Alicia Follent: We were looking for greater efficiency and the ability to create report templates to suit the different types of inspections we carry out. We have successfully achieved time savings and embedded an inspection process that the whole team follows and is easy to teach new members. We are exporting data from our management system and setting up inspections quickly in PIM.

Alicia Follent: Flexibility without a doubt. We manage residential and other types of assets owned and managed by Churches of Christ Queensland. Being able to set up templates that present inspection results the way we want, and to customise PIM’s settings to reflect our diverse portfolio and our different types of inspection is brilliant.
